How Our Shirts Are Made

We’re not a big-box brand pumping out fast fashion. We use on-demand printing to reduce waste, focus on quality, and make sure every shirt gets the attention it deserves. Here’s exactly how it works:

1. You Order, We Start

The moment you place an order, your shirt goes into production. There’s no warehouse full of pre-printed inventory—we only print what’s needed, when it’s needed. That means less waste, less overproduction, and more care behind every product.

2. Premium Shirts, Always

We exclusively use Comfort Colors 1717 heavyweight tees. These are the real deal:

  • 100% ring-spun cotton

  • Garment-dyed for a lived-in look and soft feel

  • Relaxed fit with a worn-in vibe from day one

  • Pre-shrunk to minimize surprises in the wash

3. Printed On Demand in the USA

Our printing partners, powered by Printify’s network of professional print providers, take care of the rest. Your design is printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, a high-quality method that sprays eco-friendly, water-based inks directly into the fabric.

No cracking. No peeling. Just smooth, vibrant prints that hold up over time.

Depending on your location, your order may be printed in Michigan, California, or another Printify partner facility across the U.S. to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

4. Packed & Shipped with Care

After printing, your shirt is pressed, packed, and shipped directly to your door. We don’t cut corners with packaging—and we never slap a sticker on it and call it done. Every order is handled like it matters. Because it does.

  • Production Time: 2–4 business days

  • Shipping Time: 2–4 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4–8 days from order

You’ll get tracking as soon as it ships.

5. Returns, Reprints & Support

Since each shirt is made to order, we don’t do traditional returns. But if something’s off—wrong size, misprint, or it just doesn’t arrive—we’ll make it right.
