We want you to absolutely love your Big Little Cities gear. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you.
You can request a return within 30 days of your order—no questions asked.

The fastest way to request a return is through your account:

Select the order you'd like to return

Click Request return and follow the prompts
- Once we approve your return you will receive a shipping label in your email. Please package your items into a mailer along with this label and drop it in the mail.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
A few notes:

Items must be unworn and unwashed

Products marked as final sale can’t be returned

We don’t offer exchanges—but you’re always welcome to place a new order

A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover shipping
